Copies of Protective Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs’) affecting all properties in the Marinview Subdivision are posted herein. Please note there are four separate sets affecting various lots. Please be sure to review the set which affects the particular lot number of the property you may be interested in. We believe the posted documents accurately set forth the provisions of CC&Rs’ affecting each property in Marinview. However we can not vouch for the veracity or collation of the documents which were in the custody of various persons, some of whom are now unknown, for almost 40 years. Accordingly, to ensure accuracy, anyone with an interest in properties in Marinview should obtain a recorded copy for the property in question from the County Recorder’s office.
